My name is Neil Blakely and I am a newly enrolled student with the Open College of the Arts, where I am taking a distance learning course in Photography. 

This blog has been created as a learning-log to document my progress as I work through the course. 

I will be updating the blog with examples of completed projects and assignments. I will also be commentating on these and presenting my reflections on the course and related learning such as work from other photographers that I admire or have discovered.
